The apartment is air-conditioned, and has a flat screen 32'' TV, DVD, which is internet-ready via WiFi.

The closest shops (bakery, news, grocery, etc) are situated only 2 mn by foot.
The closest large supermarket is 5 mn away by car.
The closest amusement park is 15 mn away by car.
The Pond of Thau is "on the doorstep" and ideal for kitesurf and/or the windsurfing.
The Casino of Sète is 10 mn away by car.
The seaside center, Fonquerne, is only a 5 mn walk from the apartment and it offers the following activities: a "wave" swimming pool, toboggan water slide, spa baths, jacuzzi, solarium and gym for body-building, fitness and cardio-fitness.
The town center of Sète, with its famous port and its fishing boats, is situated 15 mn away by car or 20 mn on a bicycle via the cycle track.
